I have forgotten my password or my login credentials aren't going through.

Option 1
Request an administrator to login. Head to "Users" in the system, then "System Users" , Reset Password.
Option 2
On your windows, search "MySQL Command Line Client".
Password : jbs
mysql> use schoolmngt;
mysql> truncate table uses;
mysql> exit
NOTE: This option will delete all the registered users, login with
User: admin
Password: admin
Register new users at Users > New Users
